Joshua Leary, better known by the stage name Evian Christ, released his debut mixtape Kings and Them in 2012 and gained prominence as a collaborator on Kanye West’s 2013 album Yeezus. He released a further EP on Tri Angle, Waterfall, in 2014 and will release another EP in early 2017 via Warp. His Debut LP will be out in Spring 2017 via Warp.

Expect the funniest and most unsettling concert of this donaufestival from northern English producer Joshua Leary aka Evian Christ. He promises nerve-rackingly overwrought rhythms of white noise, hyperactive chipmunk-on-speed vocals, and beautiful rave fanfares at all possible appropriate and inappropriate points. Evian Christ started his career around 2010 with dark slow-motion sludge, then shifted to splintery beats for Kanye West – on his recent long-player release Revanchist, he throws a trance party in hell. Great fun for those with sturdy nerves.
